Who we are and what we do

We are a maritime employment agency based in Limassol, offering both permanent and temporary employment on Cypriot contracts, and self-employed mediation for cross-border work on river barges. Most of our clients operate in the Rotterdam-Antwerp region.

Our specialty is serving clients in the push-barging industry. We supply both sailing crew and maintenance professionals, meeting a broad range of staffing needs within this sector.

Who are we looking for?

Our agency primarily employs professionals from Poland, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia. We offer a wide range of positions to cater to diverse skill sets and career aspirations, including roles as deckhands, sailors, and captains. Additionally, we have various opportunities within our maintenance and technical crews, ensuring we cover all aspects of maritime operations..

Why Cyprus?

For many decades, Cyprus has been recognized as one of the main maritime hubs in Europe and this is no mere coincidence. The thriving local maritime industry, paired with European legislation that supports cross-border workers, makes Cyprus an ideal setting to serve both our clients and employees.

Moreover, Cyprus has established tax treaties with most European countries, effectively eliminating the concern of double taxation. This beneficial framework further enhances the appeal of Cyprus, solidifying its reputation as an attractive and practical locale for maritime operations.

All our workers will always work with an A1 certificate, valid sailor book and proper safety equipment.
